The Shuttle Scuttle is the newsletter for the Guild. It is published ten times a year, every month from September to May plus a summer issue. The newsletter is available online without additional charge to members. An email notification is sent to all members who provided their email address to the Guild and have arranged for their email provider to accept email from the guild. Members can elect to receive the Shuttle Scuttle by mail. Mail delivery entails an additional charge of $15.00 per year.
Submissions for the newsletter are due on the Sunday one week following the monthly guild meeting. Please submit photos as .jpg files, completed text files as .doc or .docx files, or consult the newsletter editor regarding other file formats. If you must change a submitted text file, please edit and resubmit the entire file.
Requests for advertising in the newsletter (or other media) should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Newsletters are usually available on the web page 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before each monthly guild meeting. Newsletters are password-protected. Paper newsletters are mailed as soon as possible after that.
