Denver Art Museum, Sharp Auditorium, Hamilton Building

Registration begins at 10am. Lecture starts at 10:30 am. (There’s no charge for the lecture, and you don’t have to pay museum admission to go to it.)
All RMWG members and textile/fiber enthusiasts are welcome, so tell your friends!

A Special Bonus Feature!
1:30 – 2:30 pm, DAM Textile Dept, 6th Floor, Ponti Building

Last year the Denver Art Museum purchased Sheila O’Hara’s wonderful piece, “nite flite”. In addition to Sheila’s lecture (above), we have been invited to preview this incredible work with both Sheila and Dr. Zrebiec (DAM textile curator) in the conservation area of the new textile gallery.

For the timed viewings of “nite flite”, you do have to pay admission to the art museum, or else obtain a free pass from one of the RMWG members who have agreed to share their free passes. See the RMWG Programs & Workshops page for whom to call about free passes.

To register for one of the three timed 20 minute viewing sessions, email registrar@rmweaversguild.org with your name, email address and phone number. Tina Broderson, our guild registrar, will get back to you with the time of your viewing.

(For a complete schedule of events and other helpful info visit the RMWG website. Questions? Contact Dale Zitek, RMWG 2013-14 Special Events Coordinator, at specialevents@rmweaversguild.org.)
