Circulation Library

RMWG’s Circulation Library has over 900 items, offering current and out of print books, monographs, videos, short course notes, sample collections and a magazine archive for members to check out. Fiber arts subjects include basketry, beading, kumihimo, spinning, surface design, lace making, and polymer clay, in addition to knitting and weaving. The Library is open during the Guild meetings, but not during the actual program. The libraries are stored at Spirit of Hope UM Church, where our meetings take place. Reference Library

The Reference Library contains over 350 items, many not easily accessible to a general reader. The collection was obtained by the Guild in 2002 with a view to preserving a body of information and providing members with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of specific aspects of weaving and other fiber-related subjects. The collection is open on announced dates (see the Calendar section of the web page) and sometimes following guild meetings. Items may be photocopied or scanned, but not checked out. The libraries are stored in the Library room at the church, where our meetings take place.
SNOW POLICY – If there is a snow storm during one of the scheduled open times (see the Calendar), the library will probably not open. If in doubt, call Sally Kuhn (see yearbook) before you drive to the church.
The Reference Library is available to current members who have paid dues for the current guild year.
