Join the Guild

 

    • Step 1: Fill out membership form, either on paper or on line.
      • Forms for individuals, families, students, and life members
        • Online form–Fill out and submit online; goes to Membership Records and the Treasurer.
        • Paper Membership Form (.doc form, in Word 97-2003)–downloads to your computer, print, fill out, and mail in with check
        • Paper membership form (.pdf form, read with Acrobat Reader)–print, fill out, and mail with check
      • Forms for businesses
        • Online form–Fill out and submit online; goes to Membership Records and the Treasurer.
        • Paper membership form (.doc form)–downloads to your computer, print, fill out, and mail in with check
        • Paper membership form (.pdf form, read with Acrobat Reader) print, fill out and mail with check
      • If you wish to receive informational emails from the guild president once or twice a month, be sure to check the box on the form to allow this. Otherwise you will no longer receive these emails!
    • Step 2: Payment Options
      • Pay with a check: Send your check (with a paper form if you chose that option) to: Rocky Mountain Weavers Guild, P.O. Box 22687, Denver, CO 80222-0687.
      • Pay with Paypal: From the drop-down menu below (labeled “Membership Options”), choose the first option you want and click on “Add to Cart”. If you want to choose another option, click on “Continue shopping”, and add the second option to your cart. When you are finished, click on “Check Out” (either button will work). You will be able to pay through your Paypal account or with a debit or credit card.
        (Note that Life and Student memberships require Board Approval, and cannot be paid with Paypal at this time. If you wish to make a donation to the guild with Paypal, please use the Donate button at the bottom of this page.)

Notes:

  • Joining the RMWG brings you many member benefits!
  • Your membership renewal will not be complete until a Membership Form has been received.

  • If you are a new member who paid with PayPal and haven’t yet heard from us, please email membership@rmweaversguild.org.

  • The membership period is from June 1 to May 31 each year. Your dues are due in June.
  • Be sure to pay your dues by the September guild meeting to make sure your information is in the printed yearbook!
  • The dues for the various membership categories are: Regular–$35, Family–$55, Life (requires preapproval)–$20, Student (requires preapproval)–$20, and Business (see form for advantages)–$45.

Optional:
Support the guild’s educational and scholarship activities by donating to the Rocky Mountain Weavers Guild (a 501(c)(3) organization) with Paypal or a credit card using the button below (you can also do this by sending a check!).
Important: In the box labeled “Special Instructions to the Seller”, please specify your street address and the fund that you would like your donation to benefit. Your donations may be directed to the Guild Memorial Fund, the Rosmarie Amstein Scholarship Fund, the Natural Dye Garden, the Reference Library, the Circulation Library, or the General Fund.
